Estimate was $2050. After the job done, I received an extra invoice $300. Very upset. Nothing was mentioned there were extra jobs involved and never told needed paying more money to get the job done. So sorry to working with this company.

Everything went great! Wayne was really thorough during the whole process. He truly assessed the full scope of our laundry list of electrical issues. He also took the time to show me and explain to me why we were having these issues. We were on a very tight deadline due to an upcoming move, so I really appreciate that he was able to squeeze our project in, particularly during the holidays. I also added some items to our list last-minute, and he was able to address them without a problem. He was great to work with, and we're bummed that we're moving so far away and won't be able to hire him to work on our new house.

The electrician did a great job, was neat and came back a second time to adjust and advise us on the sensitivity setting of the new sensor. The electrician also advised us on the removal of an "add-on" outlet that needs to be replaced in the future. The office staff person was also very polite, professional and responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

They are good at setting up and confirming appointments. They called before the apt, as promised, and showed up on time. The 2 technicians had quite the process of cutting a hole in our ceiling to do some of the services. The gentlemen were professional and cleaned up well. The price I received was lower than other estimates I got from other companies. They are going to send me estimates for suggestive services to do in the future.

The work went very well. Great communication from them, Wayne clearly explained what they had to do. Great clean up, too.

This is the first time I have used Diedrich Electric.  They were recommended by a friend of mine.   I provided Diedrich an itemized list of what I wanted and they provided back an itemized estimate which I appreciated.  Their estimate was better or competitive with others I had received.   I found Diedrich to be very responsive and easy to work with.  They answered all my annoying questions, worked very efficiently, and stuck to the date they committed to.  Inspection by city inspector was clean.  No issues.  I would highly recommend and use again.

Wayne did a professional job and was very helpful in determining the best way to replace the existing recessed lights.

I have used Diedrich Electric in the past and will continue to do so in the future as they are the consummate professionals. Bill arrived on time and listened to my concerns about our electric box (based on our home inspection done prior to our recent purchase of the home.) He fixed the box, and went out of his way to find out what unlabeled fuse boxes were leading to and labeled them. The basement in our home had recently been finished, and he checked the outlets and other wiring in the basement. He gave me some helpful tips on how to make sure light bulbs don't get broken off in their sockets (which is what happened to one of our canister lights). He inspected our front light pole to make sure we didn't have an electrical issue with it and offered to repair the solar sensor after he quickly figured out that was the issue.
All the professionals at Diedrich are patient, always open to questions, and highly knowledgeable about electric work. I have enjoyed working with them and know that the job will always be done right.

After some confusion between me and the office that caused Bill to show up a week early, the experience went well. (I am not sure whether the confusion was me or the office but the office handled it well.) He patiently went with my husband through the house we had just bought and pointed out and prioritized the problems they found. He then fixed the immediate problems and provided bids on the other problems. Good work for a fair price.

Suggest shoppers clarify whether initial visit will be treated as free consultation or hourly service.

He was very professional. I felt very comfortable with him. Whatever I asked, he took the time to give me an answer. The exhaust fan in my bathroom was old. He explained he would try to find parts for it. If he could not, he would have to replace it. He stated he would probably return the middle of the following week. I received a call from him about 1 1/2 to 2 hours later stating he had the parts and would come back to install if I was available. He came and fixed the fan. He told me it may be a little loud and if it was too loud for me, he would replace it. It was Ok. My other fans are a bit loud so this one was no different. He cleaned up behind himself and packed the old fixtures into the boxes the new fixtures were in.
I would DEFINITELY use him again. I want some dimmers installed so I will be calling him to do that work very shortly.

The work took place over 2 days. There was quite a mystery as to where the problem was but Diedrich was insistent that there was a missing outlet that was causing the problem. He came back the 2nd day with an assistant, and with a clue from our house blueprint found the mystery electrical box behind a bookcase and behind a wall, totally out of sight! He actually had to chip through the paint to get to it. Then they were able to rewire the problem area and everything worked after that.
While they were at it they also updated a ceiling electrical box and installed a new ceiling fixture which we had bought.

The quote was very reasonable and the advice for selecting new fixtures was extremely helpful. The work was done in a verytimely and professional manner. We've worked with Dietrich before and will continue to call them for our electrical needs in the future.

They were receptive of my description of the results I wanted and were willing to brainstorm to get it done the best way. They spent a lot of time discussing the job and provided a concise proposal. The work was completed according to specifications in the time frame promised. Some add-ons I requested were done at a fair price. Workers were knowledgeable and friendly. They made extra effort to get my job done before the weather turned too cold. I will definitely hire them again.

I love Diedrich Electric. I found them on my own and I've used them for years. They're absolutely the best electric company around. Everybody should go to Diedrich Electric first. They're very reasonable and responsive.

He didn't take up a lot of time fixing the issue. They guy got right to the job and took care of the problem. He was professional, efficient, and punctual. I would use him again and would recommend his services to others.

Diedrich Electric is #1 in my book. Honest, professional and prices are not bad at all. We have called on them for all our electrical needs for many years. We recently had to do an amp upgrade for our house, my parents house and my Uncles house among a lot of other things in order to sell the homes. Always on time and does a great job. Don't bother calling anyone else.

Diedrich Electric is a very reputable place. They worked several hours to install the circuits and did a very good job. I would give them an "A" across the board.
