Overall, price is very reasonable, quality is decent, but didn't feel attention to detail was performed (such as deck area). When I actually spoke to someone on the phone, she was polite, but I feel they need to be more responsive to their customers. You can contact them online and maybe I should have done that. . .maybe I would have gotten a better, faster response that way. Just felt the phone tag was unprofessional, especially when she tried to make it sound like she left me a message stating when they would be out and she hadn't. I would probably use them again, but would probably emphasize that I want the deck area/under deck sprayed.
