Sears Stores Kohler Memorial Mall

Initially we were very happy with the purchase and replacement.  But shortly after the replacement we noticed an unusual clicking noise every time we went over a bump in the road.  After returning to the location, which was 30 miles from home, we found out that they did not use a correct part that was connecting the tie rod to the frame of the vehicle.  Once this was identified, we stayed hours for the repair, to only find out that they were unable to fix it, and they would need to keep the vehicle overnight.  We ended up having to call a friend for a ride home, they didn't even offer a rental or cab ride home.  After returning the next day, we found out they had to take the vehicle to an independent body shop in order to fix damage cause by the incorrect repair.  They corrected the problem, and it did not cost anything extra on our part except the wasted time in store, and time without vehicle during the repairs.  It would have been nice to receive a small discount on the installation cost due to the damage and lost time, but they did give us a small gift card to use at the sears store.  I purchased lifetime free rotations on the tires, but will not return to this location after the service that was received.
