Magic Car Wash

I went to the Magic Car Wash for the first time today. It was my first time and will be my last. I ordered the ultimate level car wash expecting that it would include a complete wash and cleaning inside and out. I was told that is would cost 26.98. When I got to the desk to pay, I was charged over 30 dollars for the ultimate service. When I complained about the charges I was informed (that since my vehicle was not a car there is a $2.00 extra charge). I was very upset about this unknown charge and that I was not told about before pulling my vehicle into the wash. But now that my vehicle was already half way through the wash I was stuck having to pay the fees. I asked the manager to explain why I was charged extra fees with the pricing on the sign set at $26.99. He then explained that there was a separate sign down the wall that indicated that Trucks and Minivans would be charged an extra $2.00. This was rather insulting, the least they could do is let me know that there was an up-charge for my Yukon before starting the work. Now let's talk about the quality of work for the "Ultimate" Package. Every door jam was still covered in dirt, the floor mat area was still filthy, and no part of the interior was wiped down. Like I said to the manager, this is my first time coming there and will be my last.

I have a suburban and transport my two yellow labs that shed a lot. THe people here do a great job of cleaning both the inside and outside of my vehicle.
