. The old kitchen was demolished to the studs. New drywall, cabinets, counter tops, flooring, lighting, the works. Jerry took care of almost everything (We contracted the flooring, but he coordinated the installation). Jerry has an incredible eye for detail, a great work ethic, and an outstanding skill set. All of his sub-contractors showed up on time and did excellent work as well. We are 100% happy with the  results. Existing without a kitchen for 2 months can be a trial, but Jerry worked with us all along the way, and made the remodel easy.
We've had him for a previous job (a bathroom remodel) and he did an outstanding job there as well.
Not the cheapest contractor you will find, but worth every penny.

It was a remarkably pleasant experience. Jerry worked with me closely to select the cabinets, fixtures, and tile before the work began. When the work started (pretty close to on schedule if I recall), workers were here on time every day. They cleaned up daily and blocked off the rest of the house so it didn't get dirty. The quality of the work was totally top notch - the tile work is beautiful, the cabinets are amazing, and I loved the ideas that Jerry threw out there and we incorporated into the plan. When the ceiling was torn out, it turned out to be vaulted instead of flat like the original bathroom was. So we modified the plans to a vaulted ceiling - awesome. To accommodate all the tile work (the floor and around the bath/shower) the floor was reinforced from the basement. The cabinets had to come in through the window, which apparently was put in slightly off. When it was replaced, that was remedied and you couldn't even tell it had been removed. Highly recommend - he's a little high end on price, I think, but I totally got what I paid for. Excellent workmanship and work ethic.

We have not regretted our decision to go with this company. They are, without a doubt, the very best in the business! They are also authorized through the Veterans Affairs for performing service for disabled veterans. Excellent Company!

From all the paperwork required to work with a veterans affairs and federal project, Jerry patiently completed the necessary forms and made it look easy. We were kept in the communication loop and we have nothing to report but positive results.

From estimate to completion, outstanding service and professionalism. Pre-construction work (sealing off rooms from dust, protecting flooring) was thorough and meant minimal instrusion to the other rooms. Beginning with the estimate, Jerry offered us options and worked with our suggestions to lower price while not sacrificing our more important "wants," such as a tile floor. While the project did take loinger than projected, the courtesy and thoroughness of the workers offset that potential annoyance. We've since had numerous oohs and aahs over our bathroom - now the best room in the house! I would heartily recommend Jerry Gruenke for his thoroughness, communication, attention to detail, and selection of his very able and courteous staff.

Professional, beautiful work. Took care to cover carpet leading to upstairs at beginning of day and clean work area every single day at end of work day. Absolutely the best.
