About us

Gingham Girls Cleaning Service, Inc. is a housekeeping and janitorial firm offering a variety of cleaning and maintenance services to the Sheboygan Area. Gingham Girls is currently providing economical, quality service to residential customers, offices, apartment complexes, retail space, construction firms, business establishments and realty management firms. We also offer some window cleaning, wall care and floor care. We will assist in making an assessment of the cleaning needs and provide a plan with which to accomplish those results. We are dedicated to providing a high quality and efficient cleaning service to all of our clients.

They did an adequate job. The place wasn't spotless but they did a good job with dog hair and sand in particular for a beach house. I had renters that would want an alteration in the cleaning schedule at the last minute and there was zero flexibility with that. They also do not work weekends, which is tough. I was shuffled in between customer service representatives and ultimately never received any communication that they no longer wanted my business. I only realized they were not coming when I called to confirm a cleaning date. They were in no way going to accommodate me, and this was extremely problematic because I had renter coming in shortly. I tried to be very reasonable but they were not cooperative. I had sent them a schedule a month in advance with dates and times, so it's not like I was calling in at the last minute.

I only used them once and I had to call them back out to my house. We asked for a deep cleaning of our house because we were selling it but they missed some things. However, overall it was a good experience. Their work was good and the owner was very nice. I was not home when they were at my house.

They do a good job and are professional and friendly. I have little kids and they are nice to them so that means a lot. There is nothing that I am unhappy with and will use them again in the future.
