They showed up at the exact time they said. They were friendly, professional, explained what they were going to do, and cleaned up when they were done. The new system looks great and works perfect.

The repair to our furnace was done right and in a timely manner.

Mike was great - very punctual, very professional and great to talk to. He knew exactly what to look for and found the problem quickly. It hurt a little bit to pay the price for only 10 minutes worth of work BUT it was a heck of a lot cheaper than having to get a whole new furnace!! I have two small dogs and although they were a little loud it didn't seem to bother him at all. I would not hesitate to call Four Seasons again in the future for any work I would need!

We received three quotes from different HVAC contractors in the area. All three contractors were recommended to us by friends/family. Four Seasons was the least expensive on an apples-to-apples basis. They also seemed more interested in giving us what we need rather than maximizing their profits, which was appreciated. The installation went very well. The workers were professional and timely. They emphasized that we give them a call if we have any questions or concerns. The A/C has worked great so far and I am sure the furnace and whole home humidifier will as well this winter. There were no surprises when the bill came. I would highly recommend Four Seasons for any HVAC work.

I called Four Seasons to get a second opinion on my central air and to get an estimate on replacing the air conditioner and furnace. They came within a day and checked my central air, fixed some wiring that was done incorrectly by another local HVAC business. I was not charged for this. The diagnosis was that it was time to replace both the air conditioning and furnace. I also opted for a new thermostat, a whole house humidifier, an air purifier, and three additional cold air returns (to improve circulation in bedrooms). They offered excellent financing, which we took advantage of. I was given several units to choose from based on energy efficiency and cost. We selected a Focus on Energy rated furnace which Four Seasons completed the paperwork for (bonus).
On installation day, the two installers were on-time and were very professional. They left no mess behind, it was like they were not there. The new cold air returns were located out of sight and cleanly installed.
Prior to finishing the job, the installers went through all the new equipment with me, listing maintenance tips and instructions for use.
The WiFi thermostat is an excellent unit that allows you to control your HVAC from anywhere you have internet connection via smart phone/tablet/pc/etc...

I realized my house was only heating up to 68 and the thermostate was set at 72. Four Seasons was recommended by my Home Inspector so I called them 12/19/12 at around 9 am and they were there by noon and everything was fixed and running by 12:30 pm. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the furnace in my house and also gave me an estimated quote for a AC unit installation.
