Dulmes Decor Carpet One has four on-staff designers to help you with your flooring or window treatment projects. We are able to provide you with no obligation FREE in-home measurements, designer consultations and estimates. Our installers are company paid, and all are licensed and certified. Dulmes Decor offers 12-month financing at all times*. *subject to approval

Mike arrived at the time I was given. We decided together how to come into home. He introduced himself and went on work. He was friendly but didn't interfere with his job. He really new what he was doing. Completely cleaned everything up in re cut offs & edging. The best part was that he vacuumed the rug at the very end. Great customer service.

Two of the men came on Monday to install our new floors. We had moved all of the furniture and appliances but they removed the toilets and trim. They clean up at the end of each day and made it young kid friendly. By Wednesday they were finished. They did a great job and even helped adjust door clearance since new floors are taller than old very pleased!

It went great! I was looking for something specific, red and gold with a bold pattern for my home theater. Dulmes had a great selection in their showroom with multiple carpets that would have met my needs, whereas other flooring showrooms in the area had very little selection options, none of which met my needs. The carpet was even on sale at the time of my order!
When they came to measure, they were prompt and courteous. The carpet arrived about 3 weeks later, as planned, and they were able to install it within 2 days of the call letting me know it arrived.
The installation guys were also prompt and courteous. They arrived on time and finished a little bit earlier than anticipated. They left the area neat and clean.

The installer worked, but took his time to do a good job.
He was going hunting so he worked longer hours - did not communicate that to us.

Installer on time. Kept work area clean. Worked efficient;y and quickly staying on the task/job till it was complete and well done. Asked the right questions so job done just as we had expected. Designers were responsive and superb at offering selections to meet need.
