From start to finish Scott did a great job. Showed excellent knowledge in all areas of the home inspection. Spent extra time to answer any of your questions and provide rationale to support his findings. The 30 page report he provided met my expectations and was available within 48 hours of the inspection. Would highly recommend Scott services if you are looking for a home inspector.

Scott Duchow has an amazing talent. He also brought up a radon test and just to be sure that everything is perfect. Turns out the radon test came out negative. My husband and i would never have known what kind of air we were breathing with out Scott's suggestion. He didn't miss anything on the house. He showed us the report and everything that was good and bad. He found mold places i never would have even thought to look. He also found problems with the roof. If we bought the house we would need a whole new roof. Because of Scott we did not buy the house, we found a better one in perfect condition. Scott is a good, funny nice person and I would definitely reccomend him to anyone who needs an inspection!
