Went well. No issues. I have also had them do other work, and am aware of others who have used them. This falls into a "you get what you pay for" category. You will find less expensive companies, but I have not had the same quality work or products.

Job was completed quickly as scheduled. Very good quality work. They had to cut out a section of the four inch cast iron drain pipe and insert a PVC section to allow connection of the rerouted drain. No issues with this.

They were early, which was great because my day is pretty hectic. Both guys were very friendly, explained everything they needed to do before beginning. Everything was handled quickly and they were done in well under 30 minutes. They also provided some helpful feedback on helping maintain the drains, as we have an older home. I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing plumbing services. Going to talk to them now about remodeling our bathroom.

Had water backing up in basement from drains because of apparent clog in line from house to sewer. Called D&M, and they had someone at my home that afternoon. Removed the clog within 30 minutes. Quick, competent, and professional.

We had a leak at the pressure valve on our boiler furnace and replaced
the valve ourselves but still had the leak. We called several heating
companies to schedule a service call and found that D & M was the
most reasonable and more importantly, we got to speak to a person
instead of an answering machine so we were able to schedule the service
call right away rather than wait for the other companies to call us
back. We were glad we did. When the service tech came out, he took a
look at what we had and knew right away what the problem was. He
replaced the expansion tank on the boiler and that solved the problem!
The entire service call was less than one hour. It really pays to use a
reputable company that knows their trade inside and out! Thanks D
& M! We will definetely recommend your to our friends and family!

Our sewer had become stopped, and between the backup and heavy rains leaking into the basement, there were about 2 inches of water standing in the basement. I called D&M around 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon, and left a message on their plumbing emergency line. Within 15 minutes John had called back and confirmed that he would be on his way. He arrived, took a look at the cleanout, and brought in the sewer auger. He removed the clog, which was tree roots and baby wipes, checked to make sure that the sewer was now draining freely, and sold me some root killer to use to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. John was pleasant and personable, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

We had some electrical problems which caused problems with the circuitry on our furnace. They took care of this problem completely, without offering excuses for mother nature causing it. We received a great price and great service. I have recommended this company to friends and no one has had any problems with them.
