Seemed ok on the phone with initial contact. Missed obvious water/mold/plumbing issues which resulted in a lot of cost and time lost dealing with these items in the future.  When contacted regarding the issues in question, was extremely rude to my wife.  when i contacted him he was all business and claimed to have to have no memory of talking to my wife.  When confronted with the issues at hand by our realtor agent he no longer wanted to claim any responsibility fo the issues at hand. Please unserstand this is only my personal experience. I truly hope we can find a way to resolve the issues in question without involving my lawyer.
