Chuck came to observe the damage to my foundation on the same day I called. He submitted a bid promptly, as did Sure-dry. Both bids were in the $5000.00 range. I chose Felts Construction because several colleagues were very happy with their service and their work. The excavation and demo of the damage wall were scheduled the following week. Everyone involved with the project was on-time and thoroughly explained what they were planning to do that day and the days ahead. Needless to say, I gained so much knowledge about foundations and basements. These guys even cleaned up along the way. I will use Felts Construction again! I highly recommend them.
