About us

Werner Pest & Odor Control was founded in 1993. The company was started as a single person operation, by Darrell Werner, serving local area residents and businesses. Darrell is still the owner of Werner Pest & Odor Control and currently has over 35 years of experience in the pest control industry. The company now has five employees that service the residents and businesses in over ten counties in Northeast Wisconsin. The Werner Pest & Odor Control team is here to assist you using their experience and knowledge in pest identification and problem solving. It is the goal of Werner Pest & Odor Control to solve your pest problems. We strive to educate our clients and potential clients in good management practices, which will help reduce, and/or eliminate pest problems, with minimal pesticide use. In many cases, it may not be necessary to implement an ongoing pest program. It may only be a case of awareness or habitat modification. We look forward to servicing the public and working towards a safer and cleaner environment.

I am hoping that it's keeping the bugs down and the mice, squirrels and other stuff, because we live on the water. There's no evidence of mice and I guess they are doing their job. The spiders are way down. These guys apply things to get rid of the pests. I like the fact that they are controlling the rodent and bug population. The quality is excellent. They spend a long time here. They are very thorough. The workers seem to be observant and know their jobs. They let you know when they are coming. They give courtesy calls. They are very professional. The guy is an older guy and he lives and breathes the company. I have a 5,000 sq. ft. home, so it's larger.

So so. Tenant called and said bugs still there. Contacted company and they wanted to charge for a follow up. Told them we weren't going to pay again. They ended up going and re-treating and didnt charge. We felt they should have offered to do it without the hassle.

Darrel did a great job! very responsive. Was the only pest professional that knew exactly what the beetle problem was, and how to deal with it. During beetle inspection he found evidence of mice, and took care of them too. After the contract was signed, he even pulled out all of the appliances and cleaned and treated those areas too. Very knowledgeable in his field, price was very reasonable! He does a great job and very polite!

Werner Pest and Odor Control got rid of the mice, were very fair priced, really professional, and knew exactly how to take care of the problem. They are a small one or two man company. He is very smart and knows exactly what to do. He knew exactly how to handle the problem and he knew how to fix the problem. He was very prompt, courteous, explained what they were going to do, did it on time, and got rid of the problem quickly. For what he did his price was very reasonable. They charge according to the severity of the problem and we had a very severe problem. We had mice in the attic and in the basement. So you can't say the cost of the service is this amount of money. The price was very fair.

They went above and beyond to seal every single gap in the foundation, basement, attic, garage, and corners/siding of my home. They returned several times to re-check bait/traps. Absolutely no mice over the last winter. They were professional, did the job correctly the first time, and back their work with a 2 year warranty.

I got two-years warranty; so if there is any recurrence, they come out without any charge. The overall job went very well. I will recommend this company to others. My son has used them, and he was also very pleased with them. This work was done for the sale of my house. I wanted to avoid any recurrence, so buyers are happy with the house.
