I thought they were really good. I thought the price was fair. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't expensive either. I don't think it took that long to get out here. They came when they said they'd be here. We've been totally satisfied with their work. The worker we came in contact was a pretty arrogant pompous guy, but he is long since gone. The guy thought he was a lot smarter than he was, but the quality of work was there but we didn't like his personality.

Installation was prompt and professional.

The toilet was adjusted, but I need to replace the flooring underneath. The water pressure problem turned out to be a bigger issue, but they called the people necessary to fix the problem. The price and installation of the water heater was fair and professional.

FAST!!! Called and someone was there within a week.

It was very expensive comparing to some other people but once they started no body else wanted to work on an old house so it's like yea you know six to one half a dozen of the other.

I think when they started was for a leaky toilet and it and leak onto the floor, well they fixed the problem, they are pretty expensive. They a guy out that was just too loopy and he was getting high on the fuse and didn't realized it and then I called and complain and then they sent somebody else and it was fine.

My original contact was with Scott who scheduled the work.  He was pleasant and honest.  They had several calls that day for air conditioning service so he added our name to the list and would try to get us in but was only able to tell me it may not get fixed until the next day due to the high volume of calls.  He explained how they would handle the call list once they got to it.  Calls would be handled in order and completed based on whether the customer was able to be contacted.
 I was pleasantly surprised to get a call at 2:45 that afternoon from the service person, Matt , who has done work for us before.
Matt performed the repair and was finished all in less than 45 minutes.  He took the time to explain what he was doing and was also very professional and pleasant. 
These two guys are the prime example of why I do business with a particular company.  Communication, courtesy and professionalism.   It means something to me when I see a company retaining good employees long-term.

The sewer from the house to the street was clogged up and they snaked with a video cam. The sewer was backing up in our basement. He told us what was wrong with it and how to fix it. The price was reasonable. He was out two or three times because the first snake wasn't long enough. It was very cold out because it was winter. He was very nice. It was a great experience.

I have lived here since 1986 and Bauer and Co. had taken care of all my furnace and A/C needs, but they went out of business and PGA became the successor. A number of years back, I called to get a furnace check or something was wrong, I don't remember now, but they came and took care of it. I bought a new furnace from them, and several years later, there were problems with the way the furnace had been built or designed, and they gave me big discount on a new one. They have also installed a new Air Conditioner for me and have done numerous other checks and maintenance over the years. They are very professional and very knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

PGA sent a Master Electrician and an assistant to get the job done. Nice neat work. I later hired them again to redo the wiring completely for the kitchen remodel.

Superb customer service! Our air conditioner kept tripping the main circut breaker even when it was reset. I called and spoke to Jim, the Service Manager, described the problem and he had a Service Technician out to our home in less than a couple of hours. Matt was the Technician and he was great. He fixed the problem in less than a half hour and still had time to service our furnace and water heater. Great experience from a quality customer service organization, we will definetly use their services again in the future.
