They were on time for the appointment for the estimate. They were on time for the actual work. They were respectful of my home as they worked. The basement looks good. They took the time to explain each step of the job. It will take a couple months before we are sure the water intrusion has stopped. As of now we are good. As of now the quality of their workmanship seems good. As I mentioned it will take a couple months before we are sure the water intrusion has stopped. But if their professional attitude and service is any indication I am confident we will not have a problem.
