I emailed for an appointment about 5 days ahead of time. Provider emailed me back to confirm appointment and asked what was wrong with the vehicle to have a better understanding of what repairs need to be done.
Dropped the vehicle off Monday afternoon, they called me back Tuesday morning with everything that could be done. I told them that per their quotes I wanted the ball joint and brake lines fixed asap.
They were very good at communicating with me on a daily basis as to what is going on with my car. They got me the best parts for the budget that I had at the time. They were very straight up and honest about what needed to be done to ensure the vehicle is safe and what could wait until next time or further down the road when my budget allowed.
All in all - great service all around.

The work was completed promptly.

I described to them the issue, the problem was found and fixed. They fixed what I asked to be fixed and didn't push for and quot;extra services.and quot; They also showed me an issue I had not known of and left what do do with it up to my discretion. They also took in my warrantied part and replaced it with no issue. When low on gas during a test drive the put fuel in and did NOT charge me an upcharge. I was given shuttle service not only to my work but also to my daycare. They were very friendly and wonderful, getting my vehicle in almost immediately and finishing in no time. I will always go here for repairs as long as it's an option.

That's the only place we go to. I am in a rural area; there isn't a whole lot here. When we moved to this area we got a mailer from them and pretty much since then we have gone to them for everything, oil changes, any maintenance work, tires, or anything on our vehicle. My husband participated in a loyalty program and I got a free oil change. It didn't cost me a penny; that was the best kind. We had tried out at a couple of other places before we found them for basic oil change and other things. It is easier for us to go there. They keep a record of the vehicle and we always go there. They have a loyalty program that we participate in. I will absolutely recommend them. I feel that they are pretty honest and consistent. They are nice people. It's a local business. I try to support local whenever I can. This is not a criticism of them, but if you look, you are going to find something that can be fixed on a car. So, they are always making recommendations. That's not a bad thing, when you don't have the money you can't do it. It's a good thing that they do that, to give us heads-up on what might be coming. I really have no complaints, and it's a good thing. They are perfect on punctuality and professionalism. They know us by our first names. My husband has scheduled an oil change for next week. We would highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them.
