They blocked off all the vents in the house and hooked up a vacuum type machine to the furnace that led to their truck. They took off each vent cover one at a time and blew high pressure air into each and it got sucked through to the truck. Then they scrubbed each duct. They moved and put back furniture and located a cold air return I didn't remember existed. We were able to watch the dryer vent cleaning and was advised it was quite the fire hazard and a great thing that we had this done when we did. I am beyond pleased with the two men that cleaned our ducts and they did an excellent job cleaning up. I will gladly use them every couple of years!
