I called at 8am as my furnace was not running on a cold morning. They indicated they might not be able to get to my house the same day, but they would try. I received a call from the technician around noon the same day confirming he would be there shortly. Upon arrival he diagnosed the problem and replaced a part that was under warranty. Heat was back on after less than 1 hour.
Mueller also installed my Carrier furnace/AC units when we built an addition to our home back in 2007 and came back again in 2011 to install new service in our finished basement. They have always done good work and remain my go-to HVAC company.

Mueller installed full house duct work, including furnace/ AC, zone controllers and dampeners.
I have used them many times over the years and they have always provided outstanding service at a very good cost.
They also installed a Air Exchanger, which has had motor problems over the
years. They have stood by the product and replaced motors without labor
charges. After multiple yearly motor failures, they worked with the
manufacturer to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, which turned out to
be a bad control board.
Randy (owner) is very knowledgeable and has always been very accommodating in working with my customization requests, which means a lot.
Mueller's employees are very responsible, professional, and trustworthy and a pleasure to have on-site.
They install Carrier products.

Technician was rude, unprofessional and withheld information, so to mask companies prior mistakes. Technician left a written apology for his behavior, which was found later when we returned home.
