Installation went really well. Was a few minutes late for the appointment time, but did call to inform that he was running a touch late. Removed the old water softener system, and installed new and filled tank with salt. Approximate time for installation was about an hour and a half. Was very professional, took time to walk through new system and answer any questions that I had.

We had a addition built onto our existing house in 2010 for my mother-in-law following a stroke. The contractor installed a pump type toilet and plumbing system that was not to code. When the project was inspected it passed but was not to code. After many months of frustration, we called Last plumbing and had the system inspected by one of their staff who had been a plumbing inspector for many years. He pointed out the many flaws and recommended an alternative system. We now have an up-to-code plumbing in our new addition, that doesn't leak, toilet flushes properly and everything drains like a charm.
