Troy was here when he said he would be, did the work very quietly and quickly.  They removed our old outdated furnace and installed a Lennex HE furnace.  I was totally comfortable with them in the house, They got to work, got it done, and were gone.  The basement around the furnace area was actually cleaner then it was when they got here.  They had the best price of all the HVAC companies that I called,  and installed only what I wanted.  Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need or want like some of the other HVAC companies that I had over to give an estimate.  I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new HVAC system in their homes!  

The owner, Troy Nice, does the installs and was involved from start to finish. There were some snags (i.e. electricians not showing up on the day of the install and poor weather conditions for proper verification of the install), but they made up for it, overall. Troy was able to offer competitive pricing compared to places like Home Depot, so we opted to pay the lump sum and get a better deal. As a new homeowner, I am trying to gleen as much information from friends, family, and contractors as I can. Troy was a great resource and very honest (i.e. you don't need this, here's what would make this work better, etc.). What I appreciated most was Troy's promptness with email/text responses. In an age of technology, I expect more from contractors with respect to communication, and they more than delivered. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
