Cleaning Plus is a locally owned and operated, bonded and insured business that was started in 2000 by the Owner Cindy Davis. The key in developing Cleaning Plus was simply keeping everything the same, just as though you were having an individual cleaning your home. We do not function off a schedule or a rotation because no two households are exactly the same even if identical in size and layout. We provide the service for you “The way you want it done.” Our staff is screened, professionally trained, covered by workers compensation insurance and motivated by your satisfaction with their work.

we'd used cleaning plus for the past 2 years or so. and for most of that time, they were great. they would send the same team of 3 women -- or at least the same team leader, lori, who was FABULOUS -- and they would do an excellent job.
however, over the past several months, there have been some incidents that made the service less than great.
first, they decided that they would attach a $10 penalty for the changing of bed sheets on one bed! that's just crazy.
then another time they failed to clean the sunroom and laundry room.. when i asked cindy, the owner, to send back someone -- as their guarantee promises they will if you're ever unhappy with anything -- she said she talked to lori and those rooms were cleaned. but i think perhaps one of the newer team members had done them and they were not done well.
another time, i asked them to put rug holders down on the floor to keep the rugs in place. they said that would take too much time. i did it myself in 2 minutes, but the fact that they couldn't be bothered to do this small thing really bothered me.
finally, yesterday, they charged us the same $110 even though we didn't need the master bedroom/bathroom to be cleaned (which takes easily half the time they spend here). and again, they didn't clean the laundry room.
cindy, the owner/scheduler, is extremely rude. she's been this way all along (as you can see from other reviews on google), but i put up with it because lori was great and the service was pretty good. but there are too many other folks out there in the cleaning business who are happy to provide both great service and the courtesy that customers should get just because they're customers.
