I had no water and thought it was the water softener. Called Bublitz at 730am and Ryan called me back by 830am. Very helpful on the phone and willing to work with my schedule. Tom came out and determined is wasn't the softener and thought it was frozen pipes. He warmed all places he could and after no luck decided the cold water frozen pipes were in a wall out of reach. Gave me some advise on how to proceed and headed out after saying he would mail the bill. Very helpful and friendly and I felt he did all he could in the circumstances. Unless I get a crazy high bill I will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them.

After a solid week of rain, my sump pump failed. Water began seeping up thru the basement floor and my sanitary system began pumping ground water into septic system. Panicked, I called Bublitz Plumbing at 7:00 AM. The phone was manswered promptly by Tom Bublitz and I was assured I would receive a call from Ryan Bublitz to set up a service call. Tom absolutely understood my predicament. In less than a half hour, Ryan called and was on his way. He arrived promptly with a replacement pump . He went right to work and in short order had everything replaced and working. Ryan was knowledgeable, prompt, professional and friendly. Bublitz Plumbing got me out of a huge problem that could have quickly gotten much worse. Knowing that, they could have easily overcharged me but they were very fair in their price. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and I highly recommend them

The project went very well overall. Ryan was the first sub-contractor we hired for the project. Although we served as our own general contractors, he ended up giving us great referrals for other professionals needed for the project, such as an electrician, carpenter, and tile installer, with whom he had previously worked and who did great work as well. HIs relationship with the other contractors made it much easier to coordinate the whole project. His work was timely, well done, and came in as bid. We would hire him again without hesitation.

I REQUESTED SOMEONE WHO COULD DO BOTH PLUMBING AND HEATING SO I COULD AVOID 2 SERVICE CALLS. WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY, NEATLY, AND I THINK QUITE INEXPENSIVELY - $71.28 FOR LABOR.
