 + -1 moreIt was refreshing to have someone come in and not judge you for being, shall we say, dumb. Did not try other bulbs instead of the LED style. Mr. Ballweg said, "maybe we aren't connecting..." and sure enough that was the issue! He also fixed an outlet in my kitchen and was able to tell me exactly why it wasn't working. He was very nice, polite, and explained everything in detail. I would recommend him to everyone!
Description of Work: came in and problem-solved our electrical issues in bath and ground floor. We found that the new LED bulbs were not connecting with the socket. Also, fixed an outlet that would not work in the kitchen
