They were responsive to my call and diagnosed problem within plaster wal. He had to remove portion of plaster wall to get at steam pipe, then repaired and replaced pipe. The plaster repair was not part of the job.

They were wonderful and were very good. They were respectful of our home and personable. They also helped some TV installers hookup a new, fancy TV we were putting in. They were very prompt in coming out to help us and I was impressed with the service I got. I will use them again in the future.

Baybrook installed a new 2-stage gas furnace and some duct work. They got us in before the end of the year so we could take advantage of the federal tax credit for energy efficiency. In all, they did a great job -- they arrived on time, worked until the job was finished and came back for some fine tuning. Their price was super competitive as they are trying to break into the metropolitan market against the bigger companies. After installation, we detected a gas leak and they came out to repair it promptly. So far, so good with the Bryant furnace they carry... would recommend to use this company.

We live in Madison, and we called Baybrookes for an estimate. Brett came out the next day to do an estimate, and it was very reasonable compared with others we had seen. Brett was very friendly and knowledgeable about which furnace would work best for our home, and he was able to get his crew to install it the next week. Installers were also very nice and took extra time to explain elements of the furnace to me. Great experience and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for an energy-efficient furnace!
