My cat was puking all day. Brought her in at 4:10. The vet was rude and showed no empathy. I had an X-Ray and blood work done. She was too busy to give us any attention. She came back to tell us she didn't know what was wrong and told us to go home. 2 hours later and $365, my cat passed away. I do not recommend anybody bringing their loved on to this facility.

I am very happy to report that Lilly is back to the fun loving dog again!!

Took my aging dog in for a sore back leg/hip. The dog was running a slight fever. The doctor wanted us to spend several hundred dollars for diagnostic testing, blood testing, x-rays. They prescribed some pain medication (not even enough for 5 days). The doctor stated that if she does not improve to do further work-up or euthanize. When we called a week later to ask if they would provide the dog with a round of antibiotics, we were told that the office would not prescribe them with out us allowing them to perform $125 - $150 in blood testing before they would prescribe antibiotics. We told them that we would not pay $125 -$150 in testing just to potentially prescribe $25 of antibiotics . Dr. Burguete wanted us to spend a lot of money or put the dog down. When we spoke with the office manager she got rather testy with us and said that antibiotics could harm the dog and would recommend that we euthanize the dog. The doctor and office manager preferred euthanizing the dog rather than prescribing about $25 antibiotics unless we spent $125-$150 in blood tests. Apparently euthanization is less of a health risk to the dog than antibiotics.
