It was excellent! They arrived before we opened (miscommunication on my part) climbed on the roof and replaced the blown over chimney, as it rusted through. It was replaced and they were ready for us when we arrived. They came inside and did a thorough inspection of that furnace. Went back to the other furnace, replaced sensor. Again did a thorough inspection and recommended replacing the venting for that one as well due to the age and condition of it. We are having them come to our house this week to quote us on a new furnace and a/c unit for our home - as those are original to our house built in 1989.
