They're just close and convenient.

I would never step foot in this vet again. After finding a large mass on my cat, I brought him in for an exam. I was told that they could remove as much as possible, but they were unsure if it could be removed completely. I felt rushed to make a decision as the vet thought it should be done right away. And offered the surgery to do the very next morning. They actually couldn't remove any of it. And just did a biopsy. With their knowledge and experience, I feel they should have been more forthcoming with the reality of the situation instead of pretending it was really hopeful. It should have been explained that it's most likely cancer and removing part of it would really make no sense. I then could have made a more informed decision and saved myself 500. I feel like I was duped into an unnecessary surgery. When the vet called to deliver the news that it was in fact cancer and he would start to decline soon, He called on a Friday night after hours and left a voicemail and said he would not be back in until Monday afternoon for questions. Who would leave horrible news like that on a voicemail??? A compassionate person would have waited until Monday when the person could call back right away with questions. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the whole situation . The office manager raised her voice with me. If I ever raised my voice with a customer of mine, a write up would be the best case scenario for me. Nothing was done for me besides saying she would speak with her staff about communicating situations better to patients. She was completely patronizing. I was really hoping to find a new vet for my 4 pets since being new to the area, but it looks like my search will continue.

They even helped us find cheaper medicine. Been going there for 16 years.

Wonderful! Harris is a fantastic veterinary clinic with late hours, prompt and courteous service, and very reasonable prices. I recommend Harris to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.

They were very kind and compassionate during the process.

They are wonderful; I have been going to them for years. I have been very pleased with them. They have four or five vets there. They are not the cheapest, but they are really good. I think they really care about animals. I usually see Dr. Harris and then I switched to one of the other doctors because he fixed my older dogs back legs and now my dog is fine, he walks 2 to 3 miles a day. He did a real good job, so I just stayed with him. I like him a lot. He has a good personality. All of the doctors there are good.

They did an excellent job.

I took my dog to them because he had kennel cough. I have no idea as to how he got it. They gave him antibiotics. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing over there. They are courteous people. I go there because 2 of my friends are veterinarians there. That's where I got the dog from and he was rescued from there. They were a little expensive. I would continue to use them in the future.
