Went well. Had one challenge but they took care of it.

It deck looked beautiful in the beginning (fall 2015). In the spring of 2016 when the snow melted we noticed that it looked like the color had flaked off. They did come back and reseal the deck and I think add more powdered coloring, but it did not fix the issues we had. Upon opening our pool in the spring of 2017 this problem has gotten worse. Many areas where the color looks like it has flaked off with the sealant. No one warned us of any of these potential problems, nor that the deck would be slippery when wet (they obviously knew it was around a pool). Very dissatisfied with the final product and I'm sure it will only get worse over time. They also damaged an aluminum gate during the install and then had the nerve to send us an additional invoice for $500 after the fact for "tile removal" which was never included in the proposal or discussed at all.

This company specializes in Pool decks and associated concrete.  Since I was replacing old concrete in a pool area, I chose them. The work also included replacement of steps around a porch and a sidewalk

It went great! I had originally thought of doing the two projects separately but they talked me into doing it all the same week and I am so glad they did. So even though there was a certain amount of inconvenience, I was able to plan ahead and only went through it one time. The crews were outstanding. They showed up before dawn and worked tirelessly for 10 hrs/day with barely a break. They were all very nice to deal with, and the crew bosses were extremely patient with me as I asked a multitude of questions. The workmanship and clean up was outstanding as well. I have nothing but good things to say about  Creative Concrete.  I would highly recommend them and for those out there who think brick pavers are the way to go, I urge you to consider stamped concrete.

The initial phone call surprised me when they were able to come out the same day for an estimate.  After we decided to go with them, only because the other company was several weeks out for just an appointment, it all went to h*** in a hand-basket.  We were told the start of the install would be the following week.  By Wednesday of the following week we still hadn't heard a peep from them so I called, left a message.  What a surprise they didn't answer their phones.  No one called back.  I sent an email the next day as did my husband.  She emailed back and said they'd be there the following Monday.  We were beyond frustrated so I called and said we were canceling the job.  Funny how that made the salesman call me back rather quickly.  He asked if they could please still do the job if he could get the crew out the next morning.  I said fine.  They showed up bright and early.  6:00 a.m.!!  That's early.  The crews were great.  We had 3 separate crews, the framers, concrete layers and the sealers.  The office staff however leaves much to be desired.  If you don't mind being ignored when you call and never get an email answered then by all means hire this company, but if you like some form of communication I highly suggest you run as fast as you can to a better company who actually cares about their customers.  It's not like we live in freakin' Mayberry for crying out loud.  If they could learn one thing from this job is that all a customer wants is to be kept in the loop and expecting a call returned the same day or email replied to the same day isn't asking that much.  Live and learn from our mistake.  But the guys did a beautiful job.
