I had him come out before the 5 warrant years was up to 30 feet of the concrete blocks started to bow horribly. He told me that he would watch it. After that he never came back out after that first contact. When I tried to call him it seems like he is screening my calls. I also went to his office first thing in the morning and he was not there. Now I am having to have another company to come out and fix the problem and that is going to cost me an additional $2,400. I have had a few companies come out to give me a quote and they told me that he did not do any of the job right mainly he did not put any rock down to help the wall from moving. He just left dirt there and obviously it didn't do the job that it was suppose to.

Jack came returned my call the following day. He came out to give me a quote and explain what he was proposing to do. He did is usual quote on the back of his business card. I accepted on the spot. He said he would call when he could work the job into his schedule. Jack called a few days later and said someone had canceled and he could do mine the following day. I said okay but asked if I could upgrade from green timber to cedar. He said no problem but I would have to pay the difference in cost. Told him that was not a problem and to proceed. I am more than happy with the work that was done. It looks much better than I expected. I will definitely use him again.

Jack and his helper were very careful and took and took great pride in their work. The complex design took a large amount of paver cutting and fitting. They thought the job whould take about five days, but it took about one and a half days longer. They cleaned up and did a very good job.

HE WAS PROMPT AND KEPT THE WORK FLOWING. THEY WERE CLEAN, AND COURTEOUS. DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON THE WALL. THEY WENT BEYOND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO MAKE THE JOB LOOK NICER. WE WERE HAVING A FENCE PUT IN AND HE PUT IN THE HOLES FOR THEM.
