They were able to come that same week to clean on Friday. The first visit was explained as a deep clean. It was rather pricey at $250. However, I thought if it really was a deep clean, the price was warranted.
They arrived on time to clean and introduced themselves upon entry. I immediately felt very comfortable with them (team of 2) and knew the same duo would be cleaning my home on a regular basis as I requested. We did a quick walk through of the house and then was quoted at $130 every other week. I thought the quote seemed rather unscientific without any explanation as to why. My home is only 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom, and 2000 sq ft.
The do not use any harsh chemicals and most of the cleaning is done with washable dust cloths. They also use essential oils which makes the home smell great. That said, the deep clean was not deep enough for this family with 2 small children and 2 labradors. I would consider the deep clean a standard clean as there were smudges left on the walls, windowsills, and floorboards that still had dirt on them.
They took 3 and a half hours for the deep clean and 2 and a half for the regular clean. The house looks nice and tidy when finished but I found myself still having to clean on the weekends to get the tough spots they missed. They do a great and quot;surface wipe and dustand quot; but if you have small kids and pets, I don't recommend them.
I was looking to save time on the weekends to spend with the family rather than cleaning and I didn't find their services enough of a timer saver to justify their high price.

They moved their schedule to make room for us and came in and did a great job.
I left a list of my priorities and they worked their way down the list.
We are going to set up weekly cleaning's from here on out to stay on top of things, especially during the holidays!!
She sent me a follow up email when they were done to let me know what they were able to do and how it went.
