The technician arrived on time. He performed the inspection of the A/C, cleaned the condenser coil and added 0.5 lb of Freon. He inspected the hydrant and, based on what I told him about the symptoms, recommended that it be replaced. He is not a plumber, so he would have someone schedule a time for a plumber to work on it. That would be a separate job.

Very well. There were a few punchlist items that needed attention and they responded promptly

They removed the plastic tubing and the water filter. They replaced the copper tubing with a flexible line designed for refrigerators. They did not have the necessary coupling to fit their flexible line to the one installed by the refrigerator installers, so one of the men retrieved one from the shop. Everything was done quickly and without muss.

Cullen and Brian were the guys who did the majority of the work.   They were knowledgeable, fast and efficient.  We were their second service call on two of the days and further down the list on the another day they came.  Joel the owner, came out initially to survey the job ahead of time and then came to bring parts the day Cullen was here.   Roberta monitors the phones at the office and responded quickly and professionally each time I called.   The guys came when they said they'd be here.   Everyone was cordial and professional.   While I wish the cost wasn't so much (I'm still in awe of people who make, including travel costs, almost $900 a day), I did get everygthing working the way I wanted.    I'll call them again but only if I can't do it myself!

The first time, it was fine. A couple days later, the house got hot again. I called them again and they came out and fixed the problem and its still running.

Went quite well. Very courteous and detailed work. Did not make a big mess like some companies and cleaned up what little they did make.

Trustworthy, honest, courteous. They put in a hot water heater - it was almost $500 lower than the nearest plumbing/heating AC could do. Gave them the garage door code and they installed - all of this within 4 days of our call. I have known the owner since high school and it is great knowing somebody I can trust.

Comfort came the day after I called, they were on time, and professional. We would use them again.
