We've used Eagle for several years now to change the oil in our three vehicles. They have a rebate program that keeps you coming back plus they give you a coupon for a free 6" Subway sub from the attached restaurant. The techs do a quick job and are very courteous. However when my wife goes in alone she usually is told she has some serious repair that needs to be made. The skill set of the employees do not appear to be first class auto technicians so we can't help but being suspicious. The last occasion involved a correct but poorly presented diagnosis of worn brake pads. Ultimately we went elsewhere for the work.
