Last year in the dead of winter our heater motor went out. We drove to his shop and bought a used motor at a reasonable price from them. Steve Statz himself explained to my husband the ins and outs of the motor and never attempted to upsell him. So this year when the heat went out at 8pm in -45and deg;F weather, I called them immediately. I turned on all our space heaters and prayed. What they did not know was I have MS and sub zero temps can cause me real problems. I live in a very rural area, miles away from anything. 15 minutes later, their truck lights were in my drive. An hour later, heat was running well. Disasters averted and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

Since it was after 9pm he was not able to come out but said he'd be there around noon the next day. He showed up and inspected the fridge. At some point the night before the fridge started working again so he didn't have to do anything. He still went out of his way to check and make sure it was ok. I would recommend them to anyone that's having an issues with their fridge!!!

We had Steve come out a couple of times when our furnace pilot light kept going out. Ultimately, we had to get a new furnace. Steve and his team were very responsive to our initial issues. Steve was also very helpful and knowledgeable in providing us with options and helping us evaluate them. He walked us through the pros and cons of the various systems and helped us understand the differences in efficiencies. We will definitely use them again if we have any other issues, most likely when our air conditioner goes out.

I choose them because of their availability and our past experience. They seem a little bit pricey, but generally they can respond within 24 hours. That's pretty important when the clothes dryer goes out. The staff friendliness and professionalism is very good. The quality is good.

They were great. They came out on a holiday. My experience with them was absolutely wonderful, it was extraordinary. The service was extraordinary and their prices were reasonable. They were friendly.
