 + -1 moreWe called him with a description of the problem and dropped the set off. He called a couple of times with updates on the repair. Several days later, it was fixed and he dropped it off, no delivery fee. It's worked perfectly ever since. Professional, pleasant, very honest. Would not hesitate to recommend his services and will use again if needed.
Description of Work: Flat screen went dead, three year old set. Tom kept the tv for several days, tried the least costly fix first. When that didn't work, he tried the next "fix" on his list and that did it.
