Excellent. Jake attempted to repair my current AC unit by replacing a capacitor. Ultimately, he realized the circuit board needed repairing AND the Freon pressure was low, indicating a leak, probably in the condenser. At that point he recommended replacement of my 23 year old AC system. Even though, he found my 23 yr old furnace to be safe and did not recommend replacement, I opted to replace both the air conditioner and the furnace at the same time. Jake and Bob arrived with my new AC unit and furnace within a few days after I made my decision, and were able to install them within one day. They were very focused, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their price was better than other estimates. The city inspection afterward went off without a hitch. I love my new AC and I am looking forward to a more efficient furnace this winter. I feel very fortunate to have found Jake and Bob at Assured Heating and Comfort.
