First I wasn't happy with the repairs on completion of the job, I just couldn't tell you
why.
Now 5 months since the damages were completed I see the repairs to dry wall
are failing. They had to cut out the damaged drywall and then after the room was
dry they replaced the dry wall with their magic / secret mud that dried within
24 hours.
Now 5 months after the repairs the drywall tape has lifted and the tape is coming up through
their magic mud. The only way to repair this is for service master to remove the dry wall
and repair it for a second time, plus paint.
As soon as I spotted the damage - I called service master at 715-425-6360 and advised
them their repairs didn't last 5 months and they need to get back out here and do the repair
RIGHT. They never returned to my property, this is a rental unit - I can not have the unit
tore up like this - but service master doesn't seem to care.
I am currently trying to rent the unit and having little luck because of the damages to the master bedroom
and no activity from service master.
