Went very well. We ran into a problem with the old deck footings. They had not been set in concrete correctly and weren't deep enough. Mark had to pull out the old and replace with new footings. He also reinforced our sun room footings with new ones to ensure stable construction. This was completely unforeseen as on the surface, the old footings looked fine. Mark went the extra step to ensure the footings were done correctly when he found the problem. Mark was very careful to make sure that we were aware of everything he was doing and kept us informed every step of the way. Anytime a problem was discovered, he consulted us right away to ensure we were comfortable with the work. The end result was an outstanding job on the new deck.
