I would highly recommend them for snow removal as they really are the only people in the area who are willing and have the appropriate equipment to handle the steep slopes of Victorian style homes. It is worth having them give a bid on roofing or repairs. However, they are very heavily into pushing additional services, especially insulation, which the home owner may not be in a position to purchase; they offer it as a discount whether you ask them to or not when they look at a roofing job and it feels quite pressured. At the time they were only 1 of 3 out of 6 roofing companies contacted who would even consider roofing our unique circumstances, but they also came in at twice the cost on the bid. They were very professional about the work done during the winter, and given the stressors, we were very appreciative of this.
