I think this was the best-ever experience with my computer issues. I called Digital Brigade: 612-242-0157 (I worked with Rueben). I heard about them from a friend and they had helped me with two previous issues. Now, they're even BETTER! with a completely mobile workforce who come to you and fix things. Seriously. No strings attached. My hard drive crashed last night, they came to my work today (where I brought my computer thinking I'd have to bring it to them) and voila! all fixed. Rate is $125/hr ... nothing added on/changes about (typically, you get charged 'extra' for them looking at software/hardware/internet issues). And prices for the hardware repairs totally fab. He explained things to me in non-techie terms, explained the pricing of services and hardware, gave me options, and overall was so helpful. Not that I want more issues ... but if I have them, it is so good to know there is a great co. out there to help!
