 + -1 moreKent showed up 10 minutes early for the inspection and was courteous and professional. He didn't object to my following him around and asking tons of questions - a great learning experience for me. All major systems were inspected and then Kent spent a significant amount of time on the EIFS. He made some recommendations that I am sure to follow to keep the house in tip top shape. Overall a great experience.
Description of Work: I am in the process of purchasing an existing home. I needed a qualified home inspector that could also inspect the artificial stucco treatment (EIFS) on the front of the home. I called Second Look since they have experience with EIFS.
