Real Estate Service
Things went well. He arrived on time and was there to greet us in the end. The buyers of the home paid for the home inspection and the water/septic inspection, we paid for. He did them all at the same time, which saved us additional money to have him come out on a separate trip. He did a thorough job, was friendly and although we weren't expecting things to be wrong with our septic, we did have problems. He walked us through what was wrong and taught us a few things we didn't know about having one. (This was our first home we've owned that has had one). Super nice guy and very professional.
