+ -1 moreThings went well. He arrived on time and was there to greet us in the end. The buyers of the home paid for the home inspection and the water/septic inspection, we paid for. He did them all at the same time, which saved us additional money to have him come out on a separate trip. He did a thorough job, was friendly and although we weren't expecting things to be wrong with our septic, we did have problems. He walked us through what was wrong and taught us a few things we didn't know about having one. (This was our first home we've owned that has had one). Super nice guy and very professional.
