The contractor started working on the home the exact day he promised. If you have ever built a home, you know how important that can be. His partner and himself also worked long hours to get the work completed before the promised completion date. All work was done to above expectations. I have even called this Contractor back with a favor to have work added to the home. I needed a new cable jack to mount a new plasma TV above the fireplace. Contractor does a lot of work in the Dane County area, and stopped by my home that same day I had called. He added the new cable jack within one hour, and to my amazement did it free of charge. He claimed this was all part of the Job that comes with his new construction package. I was quite pleased with this kind of customer service, to say the least.
