I do not live in the area however I had car problems after exiting the Hwy. The car was overheating and I was able to drive it to a nearby park and ride. My Vehicle was towed over later that day. When they looked at my car the next day I received a call and I agreed to the repairs needed and also scheduled a pick up time the next day. I mentioned that I do not live near Richfield Service because I would definitely make them my service station of choice. The customer service was outstanding, repairs completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Richfield Service for anyone looking for a reputable business for their vehicles.

I received great service! I usually HATE going to get my car worked on. Within a few minutes of coming in, I was being taken care of: set up in the computer and Nick listened to my description of the problem and ensured me that they would keep the car until they could re-create the problem and evaluate it. He took time on the phone to explain the problem and answered all my questions. This estimate was significantly lower than the previous shop. While they had the car, I requested they take care of a missing stabilizer bar and Nick texted me pictures that the part was truly missing compared to the other side of the car and his price was better than the dealerships estimate. Both problems were resolved in trip. Based on the estimates from the other shops on these problems, Richfield Service saved me over $800. When I came to pick up my car( end of the day on a Friday), I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I came back in to ask about another problem and was treated with patience, no one was kicking out the door. This is the first time I was treated honestly at a shop. I will return to Richfield Service with the rest of my car problems!

It went well. The guys were all nice and gave me a call when the vehicle was done. Their original estimate was higher than what I paid, but it was cool that they matched the lower price that I had found. I would take my car back there if I need work done.

They have been very good and I have no problems with them. I still go back to them and I have been using them for maybe two years now. We had a hole in one tire and it had to be replaced and the tire on the other side also had to be replaced. My experience with them has been for tires and they do a very good job for that. They have other services that I have used but not at any great extent.

Good! They have friendly service and they did what they said they were gonna do. It’s been a couple of months when I have an auto service for an oil change. The cost of service is at $35 average.

They are excellent. I have got more expensive works done there. I like them because of their price and their mechanics; they are really knowledgeable. I don’t have to keep going back to get something adjusted. They get it done when I take it in the first time itself. They make me wait a while.

TOM IS THE OWNER AND HE IS VERY PEOPLE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE ANY SCHEDULE. SERVICE WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND DONE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
