Description of Work: I contacted Kling's Lawn & Landscape to get a quote for some work we were thinking about doing. The owner emailed me very quickly after my inquiry and set up a time to come out and look. He took his time with us and talked through different options. He then emailed a very detailed quote outlining what we had talked about. Our timeline and plans changed and I did not get back to him about lining up the work. He followed up via email to see where we were with the work we talked about. I let him know that we were on hold with the projects at the moment and would contact him when we were ready.

+ -1 moreThe job was to be done in April but he never showed up. In late June, I contacted him. He apologized and promised to do the job in the fall. Once again, he didn't show up and this time I didn't bother asking about it. I can understand a landscaper wanting to focus on summer-long contracts, but then don't say you're willing to take a one-time job.
Description of Work: I returned a signed agreement to have the lawn de-thatched and seeded.
