Contractors arrived on time each morning and worked a full day for three days to tear off and install a new roof on home and garage. The roof on both the house and garage turned out great. The gutter installation, on the other hand, was done in just a few hours. The fascia and gutters were done poorly. While putting up the new fascia a worker tried to cover damaged and rotted wood rather than replace it. When my father noticed, he asked them to replace the wood. The worked said "it would have been nice know this before I started putting it on", and pulled off the fascia and then replaced the wood and put the same piece of bent fascia back on. Gutters were installed quickly and incorrectly on a stormy day by a different group of men. The next day it rained and the gutters leaked, so I called the owner and he recaulked them. A few days later it rained again, and the gutters still leaked so he came back again and recaulked a second time. He told us that he spoke with his gutter supplier, who said the gutters were installed and pitched incorrectly and that is why there is standing water in the gutters. The owner said he repitched the gutters, and caulked the inside and outside of the gutters. Unfortunately, they continue to hold water and the corners still leak. The owner no longer answers his phone and does not respond to voicemail messages. I have contacted the BBB in hopes of getting this resolved..
