Our opinion on Ultimate Living Spaces. We had bad hail damage in the town of Rice, Lake, WI. on 7/20/2010 We had told, Ultimate living spaces, we wanted the work finished before snow. We also wanted the nails from the siding and roof not to be tossed on the ground because we end up with flat tires. They assured us they would put a tarp down to catch the nails. Ultimate living Spaces did not put a tarp down. We were told no problem. We paid$ 600 down in Sept or Oct for the work to begin. They were just finishing another house they were on and we would be next. Someone else had a leaking roof so they had to do that they said. So they started in November . Ultimate worked on the house a few days then would be gone a few days . This continued throughout our project. The would through January or February on our house needless to say the project wasn't completed before the snow. The work was shoddy. The window frames they made were caulked together and not nailed together . The window frame was not nailed into the house. They left messes, wherever, they went and did not clean it up nails, trim. We still have a leaking roof because of the shoddy work. The siding bows out. Very disappointed especially since we paid so much. We were going to put a 36" storm door on our house but it would not fit because of the wood work they did. 36" at bottom but 35 at the top of doorway. Ultimate Living Spaces is good at taking your money, and talk a good talk, but please save your money and hire someone else.
