+ -1 moreHe was polite, responsive and indicated interest in our type of project. Then at the last minute just backed out. Heard he is a good builder, but wish he had been honest from the beginning about not wanting to be a part of our project.
Description of Work: We asked Halle to quote a "shell" build for us.
