TODD'S TIP TOP COMPLETE TREE

They were able to schedule us within a month. The crew was receptive to our concerns and made every effort to repair any dents in the lawn due to the weight of the equipment. They were willing to do some additional trimming to make sure the area looked complete. They removed ALL debris . They made every effort to make sure we were satisfied before the left. We would definitely hire them again.

They were excellent. They removed a lot of trees. I also took other estimates and they were three times this amount. I am 100% pleased with them. I was so pleased, I really was because of the price and they did a great job.

I waited for a long time because the winter was so long, but when he came in to do the job, it was phenomenal. He took down the trees and got rid of all the branches. You wouldn't have even known he was here. He ground the stumps pretty darn good. The trees were close to the house.

Called around the first of November.  Very nice woman answered the phone.  Took my name and address ......yes I know where that road is..... then took my phone number.
Several days later I called back.  The same? woman answered and said yes you are on such and such road. She seemed genuinely surprised that so and so ....I stink at names...hadn't called me back.  I am almost certain it wasn't Todd.  He will call you back tonight.
Which he did. I didn't have to repeat my phone number.  Next weekend.....about 8 days or so from now he would call me a day ahead to come out for an estimate.
I knew the estimate was never going to take place and never heard from him again.
That was almost a week ago.

I am updating this.  The first call I didn't even want an estimate just do the work and was told No ..... we don't do any job without looking at it first.  If you insist upon an estimate and then refuse to do an estimate then how good is that estimate going to be?

We scheduled an appointment with them.  They called to let us know they would be able to come by early.  They cut all the trees, ground the stumps and explained everything they would be doing.  The trees they cut were really tall and they had to use the bucket trucks to do them.  Our picnic table was in the way, they moved that for us.  We live in a wooded area and when they dropped the trees, they did it without knocking down the other trees around it.  They cut the trees quickly and were very professional.  After the trees were cut, they came to let us know they were done.  I would recommend them to everyone.  The whole job did not take very long at all and it was interesting watching them.  They were very professional.

It was cheap. I was very satisfied with their services.

I don’t know that much about them, but I know that my husband appreciates their professionalism and that they meet him when he calls them. They got the job done and that was it. He would rate them highly and He will use them again in the future.
