+ -1 moreBeware: We were taken advantage of in an emergency situation. We had water damage in our basement and needed remediation. ServPro came out and verbally indicated to us that it would cost $1,500ish for 3-5 days of drying the basement. Two days later, they returned, told us the basement wasn't dry and said we'd racked up a bill of $3,500 thus far. Huh?!? Nothing had changed from the original estimate. This review is not based on the quality of their work. It is solely on the fact that they verbally indicated a ballpark estimate, their service didn't change from the original estimate, and yet they charged us over 2x their estimate.
