+ -1 moreThey came out to replace two faucets and give price to redo bathroom for disabled veteran but after 3 weeks and on contract we called was told by person that answered "very sorry" we needed to talk to OWNER ABOUT IT BEING IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE BY TECH THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO GET BACK TO US BUT ONCE OWNER GOT ON HE DIDN'T CARE AND EVEN SAID FIND SOMEONE ELSE AS HE HUNG UP!
Description of Work: Two faucets replaced and bathroom redone for disabled veteran!

+ -1 moreThey had to come out 4 times, and finally fixed it on the 4th time. They tried to say it was due to a lack of maintenance, even though it was a problem with an internal filter.
Description of Work: Most recently, we had a problem with our furnace not staying up to temp.

+ -1 moreThey were here 3 times this year. They charged $100 for the toilet as something had gotten stuck.
Description of Work: I use Rappley. I use Jim Rappley. The last time they opened the cottage for my son who lives in the compound. They close it in the fall, and they fixed the shower they said. I had a broken pipe and water was squirting out, and they came out immediately and fixed it. They also came out to fix the toilet.

Description of Work: Rappley Plumbing and Heating Incorporated opened a cottage for my son. They close it in the fall and they did repair work in the shower. I have a pump house and one of the pipes broke and they fixed it. They fixed a toilet.
